2. Stay Hydrated
Never underestimate the power of drinking water! To keep your body hydrated, drink 8-10 eight-ounce glasses of water a day. Staying hydrated from this inside out helps to maintain the skin’s elasticity, which is responsible for skin’s ability to stretch and bounce back. As we age elasticity starts to diminish, leading to a droopy appearance. Drinking plenty of water can also lower your chance of developing soft lines, scars, and wrinkles.
3. Get your Beauty Sleep!
An inadequate amount of sleep can actually accelerate the aging process. We’ve all been there – too much on our to-do list that it keeps you up at night.
