Erin is a licensed esthetician in our River North location. Erin has nearly a decade of experience and is trained in Coolsculpting, EmSculpt, chemical peels, laser hair removal, IPL photo facial, Hydrafacial and microneedling. She loves to customize treatments and recommend home skin care regimens that help her clients gain confidence in themselves through skincare. 

Prior to working in esthetics, Erin danced with the Joffrey Ballet. When she retired from dancing, she began working as a makeup artist. It was during that time that Erin discovered a passion for skincare. Many of Erin’s clients had skin conditions that they wanted to improve or hide with makeup. This sparked her interest and prompted Erin to explore lasting solutions to their skin problems. 

When Erin is not working, she enjoys baking and spending time with her husband, daughter and son.

Monica Medrano

MD
Dr. Medrano is co-medical director of Innovative Primary Care on Ashland Avenue in Lincoln Park. She is a board-certified family medicine physician with experience in women’s health, general primary care, LGBTQI+ health and more. Dr. Medrano also has a strong interest in aesthetic medicine, and recently started working with Innovative MedSpa to offer PDO thread lifts. A PDO thread lift is a minimally invasive, non-surgical procedure that can produce results similar to a facelift. It is an alternative to surgery that offers long-lasting results. PDO thread lifts can be used to target the midface, neck, jawline and  brows.

Carlee Contreras is a licensed esthetician and a certified laser technician. Carlee struggled with acne during her teen and young adult years, which taught her the importance of skincare and led her to a career in the beauty industry. Carlee enjoys helping clients achieve healthy and vibrant skin that leaves them feeling confident. She believes that a good home care regimen, along with regular skincare treatments, is key to achieving superb results. Carlee offers hydrafacials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, IPL and more.

Jenn Hattan MSN, RN is an aesthetic nurse injector with 10 years of nursing experience. After obtaining her Master’s Degree from Rush University College of Nursing, Jenn became a clinical instructor at Rush while also working as a staff nurse in pediatrics and women’s health. Jenn has a strong interest in aesthetics and has spent the last couple of years building her skill set. She is certified in neurotoxins and dermal fillers and works with patients to highlight their natural beauty.

Sanja Harvey has been a nurse for over 15 years, working primarily in emergency medicine and nursing administration. While the fast pace of those environments can be exciting, Sanja enjoys being able to step back and spend time with her aesthetic patients. She begins by discussing their goals and takes pride in helping each client feel more confident in their own skin. Sanja makes it a priority to create a personalized treatment plan that achieves a fresh, natural look. When she is not working at Innovative MedSpa, she enjoys reading, hiking, traveling and spending time with family.

Rahul Khare, MD is the founder and medical director of Innovative MedSpa. He is the owner of Innovative Care, a trusted group of medical practices in Chicago, that offers primary care, urgent care, therapy and specialty services. Khare opened Innovative MedSpa in 2018 with his former colleague Jessica Jurkovic, RN, BSN serving as the Clinical Director. MILA RASCON

Mila has had her own wellness business for over 15 years specializing in whole foods nutrition and yoga therapy for all ages. She believes a natural youthfulness and glow begins on the inside with a healthy body, mind, and spirit. She was easily drawn to the esthetics world of helping others achieve their most beautiful self-inside and out, so was eager to add medical esthetician and laser technician to her skillset to make that happen. She will be offering a range of esthetic services, including customized facials, chemical peels and hydrafacials for all skin concerns, laser hair removal, IPL, and microneedling.

Mila is a Chicago native but also lived in California for many years. She is a proud mother of 2 girls and 2 boys and loves spending time with them in the city and traveling. She also enjoys yoga, ballet, biking, hiking, and tennis.

JENNIFER ZAMZOW

Jennie has been a nurse for 24 years and has been an aesthetic nurse injector since 2019. Before finding her passion as a Nurse Injector, Jennie specialized in emergency medicine; where she developed her deep values regarding safety and patient education as well as her keen eye for detail. A few of the reasons Jennie chose nursing as her career; was first, above all, to help others with both their physical and mental well being. She also was intrigued with all of the sub-specialties the profession had to offer. Although emergency nursing has given Jennie the opportunity to help many patients, sharpened many of her technical skills, given her a steady hand, a calming nature and given her unsurpassed assessment and organizational skills; she had forgotten about her intrigue for the different ways people can be helped.

As Jennie herself has gotten older and more mature, she has realized that one’s self esteem is often held in the way they view themselves. An enriched sense of self esteem tends to positively affect all aspects of life. This is what drew Jennie to another specialty within the medical field, her interest and passion for aesthetics. Jennie was trained by Jessica Jurkovic an expert and natural in the field. Jennie is very excited to continue and grow her love for helping people in her new field. Jennie is committed to aging gracefully, bringing a positive outlook to all aspects of life by combining beauty, health and fitness to achieve a positive mental and physical well-being. Meredith is a Nurse Practitioner at Innovative Vitality, our longevity medicine practice. She is also an experienced injector who sees patients at Innovative MedSpa. Meredith specializes in neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and regenerative PRP (platelet rich plasma) treatments.

Meredith is known for her kind approach. She is committed to her patients and takes time to develop an individualized plan of care that addresses each patient’s unique needs. Meredith is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best.

Meredith is an Arizona native. She will forever be a die-hard Arizona sports fan Go Phoenix Suns and Arizona Cardinals! When she is not working, Meredith can be found reading, traveling the world with her husband, or playing with her rescue corgi/retriever Layla.

VANESSA DiCRISTOFANO

Vanessa DiCristofano, BSN-RN is our first mobile Botox injector here at Innovative Med spa. Vanessa has been a nurse for 3 years and has worked previously in a plastic surgeon’s office spiking her interest in the aesthetic aspect of nursing. She completed her certification for injections in January 2018 and has been injecting ever since. Vanessa began her career here in January 2019, and she specializes in utilizing Botox & Dysport products and Kybella treatments. Vanessa aims to develop a long-lasting rapport with her patients and to educate and provide her patients with the tools needed to reach their aesthetic goals. Vanessa schedules time with her clients as an as needed basis allowed quick and convenient treatments for patients with busy schedules. She also hosts a number of Botox parties to allow the opportunity for preventative and cosmetic treatments to be done in a comfortable and enjoyable environment. Vanessa is passionate about her field and loves to help her patients obtain beautiful and lasting results.

JESSICA JURKOVIC

RN, BSN, Clinical Director
Jessica believes that every client deserves a personalized approach. She achieves results that support the natural beauty of her clients so they can look and feel their best. Jessica has nearly 20 years of nursing experience and serves as the Clinical Director of Innovative MedSpa. She started her career at Northwestern Medicine, working in both the emergency department and as a perioperative nurse. It was there that she discovered her passion for the aesthetic industry and advanced her training in medical and aesthetic injections. Jessica specializes in neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport), dermal fillers (Juvederm, Volbella, Voluma), lasers, and regenerative medicine such as PRP (platelet rich plasma).
